Manufacturer MAP Policies
Please not that our policies are governed and controlled by each respective manufacturer. Their policies are subject to change as determined by each manufacturer. While DiscountHealthEquipment.com enforces these policies, it is up to our resellers to be compliant with the current manufacturer's policies.
We prohibit any reseller to sell to resellers, only the end user. Our resellers must agree to this in order to be authorized to sell under us. Our resellers must agree to not wholesale or export our products outside of the country.
We reserve the right to not sell to any customer, including wholesale and retail customers. We can reject any order that has already been placed.
We do not charge any drop ship fees. We offer a 3% discount for check orders. All new accounts must prepay for 5 weeks before credit is extended. We extend 30 and 60 day terms on an invitational basis only. A valid resale license is required to qualify for term accounts. We reserve the right to suspend an account if balances are not paid in 30/60 day terms. New accounts may be subject to a $2500 opening order.
Accounts will become inactive if no orders are received in a 6 month period. Dealer applications will be purged in these cases and accounts can be set up again subject to approval.
All items will ship within 24 hours if in stock. We will inform our customers if there is a back order so you don't resell a product not knowing it is out of stock.
If any product gets damaged in shipping or there is any problem with a product, all products are under the manufacturer's warranty. We will help facilitate any warranty claims.
Our website and/or wholesale catalog may contain typographical mistakes, inaccurate pricing, or omissions, and may not be as up to date as the manufacturer's changes. Our company reserves the right to correct any mistakes or inaccuracies without prior notice.

The owners, anyone answering the phone at our company, business advisors, or any agent to DiscountHealthEquipment.com shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, including and damages from misrepresentation of any product sold to us by any manufacturer we resell or advertise on our site or talk about over the phone or email. All statements and claims that manufacturers make that represent our products shown on this website or in our wholesale sheet have not been evaluated by the FDA. No products are on this site are intended to prevent or diagnose or treat or cure any disease.
